June and July 2006 were anxious months for Khurana with the secondary market witnessing a 10-15 per cent price correction. Since then, prices have remained stable. Anticipating very little gain in the near future, Khurana, the quintessential short-term investor, sold his apartment in August to a Rohini-based government employee and exited with a 40 per cent gain.
